location and people are good

mice and roaches, issues with old pipes, no response from management, they are just bad and greedy to raise rent yearly now but do not do much.

Advice to the owners

watch who comes in or out. The packages get stolen by outsiders who come in when you hold the door open so learn the daces of who live there and dont let strangers inside.
