Evil Landlord willing to jeopardize health and safety
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors & community
Cons:
Building management is desperate to freeze out the stabilized tenants & displace families who've built their lives there to profit. They are willing to use all measures including threatening tenants. The super is EVIL.
Advice to owner:
Stop trying to ruin a neighborhood for profit

Arie Weissman Slumlord King
Former Tenant
Pros:
The ONLY pro would be me getting to work within 15 minutes.
Cons:
Zero heat! Zero water pressure! Refurbished appliances with mold & roaches. Mr. Weissman take zero accountability & takes no action in putting in your maintenance request. NYC Building workers will become your friends because you will find yourself reporting this slumlord over & over again
Advice to owner:
You take our money money then you should get to work DAILY!

This place is
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pro is the garbage gets taken out?
Cons:
Horrible building unsatisfactory and now

update now there are mice in the building

Building management and Super never get back when trying to get a hold of them is the worst
Advice to owner:
Could do better in building maintenance and in Super and tenant communication also could do and improve and time management in fixing up and checking on tenants with issues in their apartment and not have their workers call them names or talk behind their back or in front of them, while doing their work with their colleagues tenants and buildings have the right to complain about any work that needs to be done, and should be done in a timely and respectable manner

Shut building down
Former Tenant
Pros:
They give good heat, and hot water. THAT'S IT THAT'S ALL.
Cons:
They don't fix anything, clean anything, do anything. They don't care. These apartments are falling apart and they do nothing. They always have an excuse on why they keep things messed up. The people they're now moving in don't care about the building. They live here and tear it up, don't respect their neighbors. It's a sh$t show in here.
Advice to owner:
If you don't want to do your job STOP buying buildings. You're scared of your tenants so they do whatever they want. Stop going into these minority neighborhoods buying buildings to let them be torn apart by the people they move in.

Run of you can
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the subway station
Cons:
Be ready to wake up without hot water and heat during the coldest day. Be ready to fix things yourself because the landlord won’t do it. Make sure you are at home if you are expecting a package otherwise it will stolen.

The dirtiest building in the whole Bronx
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing good about the building
Cons:
To much noise , the súper doesn’t clean the hallways , gang violence , the landlord doesn’t repair
Advice to owner:

Horrible living environment!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly people live around other then that nothing
Cons:
They do not fix anything! I call the office and nothing is ever fixed! Its dirty! Always loud. Can’t wait to move out!
Advice to owner:
Listen to your renters, help them, you are happy to receive your rent money, you should be trying to make is happy to live here! Stop being so selfish and help out!! Fix the problems instead of throwing them under the rug. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here you do not get your money’s worth! I have lived here for 6-7 years and they have never came up to even paint no matter how many times i call the office and ask for it.

This place is terrible. In all honesty!
Former Tenant
Pros:
No pros unless your a roach or rat looking for an apartment.
Cons:
Life threatening, poor maintenance, landlord lacks professionalism, he pays a homeless man by the name of “Pechi” with beer to clean his building. Rats are out growing household pets and becoming very dangerous. And soooo much more .
Advice to owner:
Sale the building to someone who can afford to get it together.

Money hungry slumlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s close to transportation and grocery stores and shopping is convenient
Cons:
The landlord wants his rent on time but is not on time with giving heat hot water or addressing repairs
Advice to owner:
Be just as aggressive with maintaining your building and repairs as you are about collecting your rent

THE WORST PLACE EVER
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious Rooms
2 bathrooms
Multiple closets
Cons:
When my family first moved here in 2013, there was no gas in the building until they evicted us in 2017. Yes read that again, no gas from the time we moved in to the time they evicted us out. We went to court to fight the eviction and mentioned how we stopped paying rent because of the negligence of the owners to get gas for their tenets. And of course we lost because of the horrible housing court system we New Yorkers have, especially for people of color. PLEASE AVOID THIS BUILDING AT ALL COST. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY.

There were people who always were at our steps smoking weed and nothing was done about it.

The landlord and some of his goons stole several items from my house once the eviction notice went up.
Advice to owner:
DO BETTER, KARMA IS REAL
