Pros
Location, management responds to inquiries, quiet overall
Cons
Multiple packages stolen, management not always helpful/poor follow up, poor heating
Advice to the owners
Get security cameras in lobby, have more reliable heat, update appliances -no apt should have appliances from the 1970s/80s at this time

The maintenance's it's okay, excellent location, one block from the park.

My flat was wasn't that brightened

To be sweeter when you leave the property and don't take so long in returning your deposit.
