Great convenience, expensive utilities & amenities fee
Pros
Pretty cleanly maintained, great staff, secure package room, literally right in front of Franklin Ave station, garbage room on each floor, great water pressure, high ceilings, clean & new appliances, there's a gym & supermarket downstairs, overall very convenient.
Cons
Utility bills are crazy expensive I guess this is a shared problem in most new buildings that run things on electricity. The big windows are nice but it makes your room really hot in the summer & really cold in the winter so you can't survive without high utility bills. Also could be pretty loud for people who are sensitive to sound if the unit is on the street side of Franklin Ave station though it was okay for me. You can sometimes hear your neighbors closing doors or talking loud. (non audible sounds) A lot of the washer/dryer won't work and you have to pay every time you use them even though you already pay for amenities.
Good stay if you can get deals

Elevators were constantly down Neighbors brought bedbugs
