Not bad for apt in early 20s
Former Tenant
Pros:
-clean: never saw any bugs or rodants -great closet space & layout made good use of square footage -central portal made it easy to report maintenance, pay bills, etc
Cons:
-the super was very responsive and completed simple maintenance requests (ie light bulbs) very quickly, however, outsourced maintenance took far too long. My AC was broken for over a month - I had concerns with the doormen drinking while in the job after overhearing them joke about it. They let whoever come up the elevators and didn’t seem to care about the job. They also didn’t wear masks and were openly anti-vax during peak covid - package system charged for packages left over 3 days and I would sometimes get notifications for non existent packages and would get charged $20 for late fees. Property management company would not help resolve with package company
