Well managed building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Property management is responsive and building is well maintained. The hallways and garbage area are kept clean and tidy. Issues are fixed quickly including any pest problems.
Cons:
Not a big con but street facing apartments can be noisy at night, especially during summer months.

Tri-Hill Try Harder
Former Tenant
Pros:
The layout of the apartment, the intercom , it’s generally pretty clean and they’re quick with repairs
Cons:
Management company sucks, lost rent checks, rats out front of building in nearby buildings, dirty trash area
Advice to owner:
Better landscaping, better communication, and better trash cleaning
