Pros:
Nice neighborhood, bars around if you are into going out, young nice neighbors
Cons:
Extremely noisy, common areas are dirty and sometimes smells, they are raising the rent to nearly double making many tenant forced to leave, they steal your packages, heating makes so much noise and hissing

the property group, CPG, left the buzz be broken for so long... and never did anything about noisy neighbors.

The layout of the apartment, the intercom , it’s generally pretty clean and they’re quick with repairs
Cons:
Management company sucks, lost rent checks, rats out front of building in nearby buildings, dirty trash area
Advice to owner:
Better landscaping, better communication, and better trash cleaning
