Review Summary for Randy Glick
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of Randy Glick's buildings show a mixed but generally improving management experience. Tenants appreciate responsive supers who maintain clean, well-kept facilities and quick issue resolutions. Many praise quiet, friendly neighbors and convenient locations. However, pest control is inconsistent, with several reports of roach and mice problems and delayed management responses. Heating can be unreliable in some units, and tenants occasionally face challenges such as package theft, thin walls, and communication difficulties with management offices. Rent hikes and occasional unprofessional staff conduct are noted concerns. Overall, management responsiveness varies by building; attentive supers partly offset some building maintenance and communication gaps.
