Pros

-clean -amenities -super is amazing, all building employees are kind and helpful -quiet -super hot water

Cons

-management is wretched (the actual building owners)—refuse to help, rude -have had some pests, but I think a small amount for NYC -boiling hot in winter -2 major leaks

Invest in renovating and updating the building and not putting bandaids on problems.
