Building is nice and new
We had cockroaches in our apartment. Some of the staff can also be rude
decent amenities, apartment had nice finishes
it was so insanely hot. we had a corner unit with floor to ceiling windows and the greenhouse effect was crazy. it could hit 80 degrees in the winter if we didn’t open the windows to let air in. no central air to mitigate this
