Review Summary for Gina Fazzalaro
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Tenant feedback for buildings managed by Gina Fazzalaro consistently praises cleanliness, well-maintained common areas, and friendly, responsive staff including doormen and maintenance personnel. Residents appreciate convenient, attractive locations near dining and transportation. However, a few reviews mention occasional issues such as noise from nearby establishments, some maintenance delays, and occasional landlord responsiveness concerns, particularly at certain properties. Overall, management shows attentiveness to tenant needs, fostering pleasant communities, though improvements in maintenance responsiveness and noise management could further enhance living conditions. Prospective renters can expect well-kept buildings with helpful staff and strong location benefits under this management.

Great building and location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location. Tons of great restaurants nearby, close to the train as well. Great staff. Doormen are wonderful. Nice neighbors as well.
Cons:
Ceilings are pretty low, but that's about it

Great Building - Greedy landlord (owner of several units in building)
Former Tenant
Pros:
Dr. Stergiopoulos' apartments in Sutton Place are kept well and the building staff are excellent. The doormen are friendly, great with kids and pets, and porters/maintenance staff are fantastic in keeping the building clean.
Cons:
Unfortunately he is the typical money hungry New York landlord who will seek to charge you the maximum deductions from your security deposit knowing you don't have the time to go to housing court to defend yourself from small charges. His agent frequently scheduled tours with less than the legally required notice for new tenants. The management company takes very long in processing applications which makes planning for a move very difficult.

Excellent building, staff, and location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, one block away from the park and near major commerce. The building staff is top notch, and will go out of their way to aid the residents. Finally, the building is very tastefully decorated, with wood paneling in the lobby/elevators and marble entrance floors.
Cons:
Building garden is largely unusable - loud AC vents make it too noisy to use in the summer, too cold in the winter.

The building’s location on the corner of Columbus Avenue also attracts some noise, mainly ambulances and truck driving down the street.

Great building management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved living there. Large apartment for NY standards. Building team, doormen, etc., very friendly and always helpful. Great location.
Cons:
I have nothing
Advice to owner:
They should have a free bike storage for everyone (not just apt owners) in the basement. They have the room to do it.
