Pros:
Lobby has a lot of potential… apartments have beautiful hard wood floors. Some renovated units have washer dryer and recess lighting.
Cons:
Just look at the open violations… roaches are bad. Management is hostile.
Advice to owner:
YOU SHOULD ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR TENANTS AND THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.

Location is nice
Cons:
Landlord unresponsive about things that matter. Does not want to make repairs. Wants tenants out of rent stabilized units. Building no longer has super. Doors to lobby not secure and people will come sleep in the stairwell.
Advice to owner:
Make conditions livable for your tenants. It isn’t right to force people out of rent stabilized apartments by refusing to make repairs.
