Good Building to Live In!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Takes emergencies seriously. Our fridge broke and they fixed the compressor in 48 hours. Clean, well-maintained building.
Cons:
They kind of finally figured it out, but they used to have a bad horse fly issue. It's way better now but there are still a couple of flies in the building.

Other than that, it takes a while for the super to fix something if it's not an emergency.

Accessible building with responsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building's accessibility and cleanliness is top notch, with a short commute to the J train, an elevator, package closet, gym, and storage units. When laundry machines have broken down, they are fixed within a few days.
Cons:
There's been an ongoing fly problem in the building, but beyond that there are far worse pest issues you can have in New York.

Lived here 3.5 years so far. Not bad at all
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is responsive and the live-in super comes to fix stuff as long as you follow up.
Never had issues with central air, heat, or water pressure. Never had issues with the elevator.
Pest control comes regularly and there are very few pests (especially for an NYC building). Note I'm on a higher floor.
Common areas are kept clean and mostly well maintained.
Cons:
Laundry room can be busy sometimes. If an exercise machine or laundry machine breaks it can take a while for them to be fixed.
Advice to owner:
Keep being responsive and proactive with maintenance and you'll get more good reviews.

Former Tenant

- walls are thin
- front lobby always smells like wet dog
- no more city views bc new buildings up
