Not the best
Pros
- elevator works - my unit has new appliances - spacious apartment
Cons
- exterminator needs to come regularly - laundry room is very outdated - overall it’s an old building that needs renovating

Expect no heat , Rapid rent increase , bait and switch .
Pros
Relatively safe, thick walls.
Cons
They don't care about heat and providing hot water , they prefer to pay violation tickets.
Advice to the owners
I know you don't care , so it what it is until someone takes you to the court.
