Would not recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Generally quiet and respectful neighbors
-Close to the G and bus lines
-Near many bars and restaurants
Cons:
-Sometimes there were would be people (not residents) that would wander into the vestibule
-Management is terrible. It would take forever for any issues in the apartment to be fixed. Deposit was returned more than a month later after emailing/calling many times and they didn’t even return the full amount expected. They are very delayed or never answer calls/emails.
-Heat was too strong/can’t control it
-Hallways can be messy sometimes
Advice to owner:
Improve communication with current and past tenants

DO NOT MOVE HERE
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment size is big
Cons:
1) The management company makes you jumó through hoops to renew lease
2) There hasn’t been a building superintendent for the past 5-6 years (VERY ILLEGAL)
3) The management company never responds to maintenance issues
4) Rodent problem
Advice to owner:
Take better pride in your building as if you’re family was living here.

Building has 146 violations landlord refuses to fix anything
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is a laundry mat in the basement but it takes some much money just to dry your clothes.
Cons:
There is no cameras on each floor so sometimes people would steal other people’s packages and maintenance workers don’t do anything but hang out in the security booth.
Advice to owner:
Hire better maintenance workers and be responsible for your property and stop being a slum lord just collecting rent and not fixing anything.
