Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews highlight buildings managed by J ROSONFELD vary in cleanliness and responsiveness. Residents appreciate proximity to parks and public transportation. However, concerns have been raised about pest control, heating issues, and communication gaps between tenants and management. Tenants suggest implementing online issue reporting systems and prompt issue resolution to enhance tenant satisfaction. While some tenants enjoy the neighborhood and spacious layouts, challenges with pests, aging infrastructure, and unaddressed issues have affected overall approval and recommendation ratings. Maintaining cleanliness, addressing pests promptly, and improving landlord responsiveness are key areas for building management improvement.

Good neighbors. Landlord needs to do better.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The rent stabilized building is very close to Prospect Park and close to the B, Q, 2, and 5 trains.
Cons:
Super and landlord are not proactive about issues known to them, such as holes between floors, and pest abatement.
Advice to owner:
Set up an online system for issues that need to be addressed, and then, fix those issues.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Layout, size, light, Neighbors.
Cons:
Get your rent history from DHCR after you move in. Call 311 about pests and heat. The super harasses tenants in the most heinous ways.
