Solid building in UES
Pros
Staff and location are the best things about this building. They are slowly starting to renovate units as people move out which is great
Cons
Lived in this building for a little over 2 years. Would stay here for another 3 years if the renewal rate wasn’t so high and they do not budge, especially if you’re in an attractive line

really nothing else to complain, the maintenance is fast, doorman (most of them) are welcoming and friendly. very clean building at a great location. Sound proof is very good as well.
Cons
the rent increase is kind of crazy, you can negotiate a little with the management company but very limited. When you move out - they defintely overcharge you for repair/paint/clean - so you just have to take that into consideration
