Clean but Expensive!
Pros
Friendly and very responsive front desk staff, very clean and newer building. Pet friendly building. Elevators.
Cons
Owned by a PE corporation so rent increased are 10% increases each renewal. They even raise the amenity fee by $5 each year even though no improvements are made to the gym/lounge. One of the three elevators is often broken so getting upstairs can be tough. For lower apartments facing 2nd ave, there is a homeless lady who lives on the bench right outside the Q stop/apartment building who will scream into the night. She’s been there for both summers that ive lived here.

Friendly doormen, responsive service team, common areas are clean and well-maintained
Cons
High rent increases every year although it is always worth trying to negotiate
