Okay building, lived there for two years, we were priced out

Pros

quiet great location there was laundry (though it didn't work 5-8x during the 2 years we were there - sometimes flooded or didn't dry clothes), but it was still fine (quarter operated) - 3 washers and 3 dryers super's family was very nice

Cons

laundry in basement was convenient but not always working (10-20% of the time) and sometimes there was backlog you will probably see mice / rats in the courtyard at night (not sure if cat helped) apartment was very hot during winter (central heating) saw 1 cockroach and 1 mouse in our unit during our time here kinda yucky raised rent
