great building, but the owners never respond

Pros

mostly quiet, security guard at the front of the complex, gym is nice enough, common areas for studying/social gatherings

Cons

it is almost impossible to get in touch with management. luckily, we haven’t had many issues with the apartment so there hasn’t been too much need to contact them. my roomate who has lived here longer than me says there was a small rodent issue last summer, but I haven’t seen any rats since so they took care of it

Decent stay for a very good price

Pros

Lots of rent stabilised units for less than market price,has gym and lounge included and has good amenities with great location and utilities are included

Cons

Management is very slow to respond and you have to follow up multiple times, We have had occasional rodent problems where management wasnt of great help The water isnt of the best quality and we have water filter everywhere They are trying to impose electricity with metergy which is very uneven Some apartments are getting bills of 90 while some are getting bills of 800+ and it hasnt been implemented yet because of Restraining order
