Pros

Close to transit, park. Great food and shops nearby. Nice neighbors.

Loud in street facing apartments. Poor renovations. Unresponsive management.

Not terrible, not amazing.

Pros

Generally well maintained but not at all fancy and sometimes a bit dirty, generally responsive but occasionally difficult to communicate with. Some units in desperate need of upgrades to kitchen and bathroom.

Cons

Building security never great; outside garbages poorly maintained, lobby very rarely cleaned, invited theft of packages, etc.
