Cons

Has become a hangout for people who don’t smoke in their own home. Always smells like cigarettes or weed. Lots of random people in and out This building is slowly beacoming a DUMP

Advice to the owners

Please discipline the tenants who choose to stink up the building by smoking in the hallway or lobby area. There are people with children here, people with health issues and quite frankly, it’s very uncomfortable to walk into a place you are supposed to call “home” when there are random people just hanging out not only on the main floor but just everywhere else in the building… I know that we can’t control others actions but can we at least enforce respect for our shared spaces?…

Needs Better Management

Pros

They repaint a lot and have an elevator. The garbage never gets too messy. The super is probably the best part of the building.

Cons

R&E Leasing Management is so sketchy. They will randomly pair you with roommates and are not responsive when you try to suggest your own friends to take over the sublease of each individual room. They make so much money off of us and keep raining the rent really high.

Advice to the owners

Be more responsive to your tenants please! Especially about roommates. It’s difficult to live people you’re not compatible with.
