Crazy crazy noise from across the street like crashing noises that’ll wake you up at like 4 am. Super bright light that also goes straight into the building.

Great place to live

Pros

Classic New York apartment feel. Best thing about it is the management, I get tickets resolved within the hour of submitting for various issues. Neighbors are generally friendly.
