Great place to live

Pros

Classic New York apartment feel. Best thing about it is the management, I get tickets resolved within the hour of submitting for various issues. Neighbors are generally friendly.

Roach infestation, filthy trash rooms but maintenance tried their best with that, thin walls, and inconsiderate neighbors

Burn it down and build it back up properly next time because the whole building is infested
