Pretty good I think

Pros

Nice location, hot water is really hot. Appliances are new

Cons

Way overpriced. Problems with mice and roaches and the super isn’t a super big help. They offer “pest removal” but you have to empty your cabinets etc and it ends up being more trouble than it’s worth

Building staff. The old guy at the front desk, Jonuz, is a little rat and needs to be fired or at least taught how to speak to people with respect. He is arrogant and has zero emotional intelligence. Get rid of him and watch occupancy rates skyrocket.
