well kept building

Pros:
Super in building next door common hallways and entryway regularly cleaned Super would fix issues in the building, he was easy to communicate with over text
Cons:
Have to be persistent if something needed to be fixed, although they would fix it when they had time

Pros:
Great location. Apartment is good value for size and has been renovated. Minimal issues with neighbors, most people keep to themselves. No issues with package deliveries. Landlord has been easy to work with and genuinely wants to help keep his tenants happy.
Cons:
Faces a very busy and loud street. Building lobby is falling apart and building isn’t cleaned as much as it should be. Laundry room in basement is shared by two buildings and machines are constantly breaking. Smallest elevator you’ve ever seen. Super is slow to respond and often disputes issues.

Roaches were the best deterrent though they stayed by the kitchen and bathroom
