Great management company!

The building is located in one of the best areas of Manhattan. Although it’s an older building, it’s well maintained. I especially want to highlight our experience with the management company, who supported us from the very beginning. As a Spanish couple newly arrived in the city, navigating all the paperwork and processes can be quite challenging, but Ann made everything seamless. We’re truly grateful for her help and support. Additionally, any time we had an issue in the unit, the management team responded quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated.

It’s on the Upper East side but run by slumlords Please save yourself the headache and don’t deal with these people at all. I wish someone had warned me.

They advertised a jacuzzi that they shut the hot water off for and then roaches were coming in through it as per the bug guy who came to deal with the issue. When We moved in there were nails sticking up all over our floor and I sliced my foot. Such terrible work done in the apartment. Found roaches in the apartment. The hallway is gross and disgusting. The front of the building is all cracked and peeling. They repainted the railing so ghetto and never scraped first. The trash gets done but is gross until the guy comes. When it snowed this winter only builing not shoveled at all. The owners take no pride in appearance and don’t care about safety. There’s was construction at odd late hours that disrupts everyone and they never give tenants notice like normal buildings. The Levy’s are SLUMLORDs. Google Dror Levy he has a record or slum lording. These people are shameful. Do not rent from them they dont give back your security deposit either. Flat out crooks!!!!!!!
Advice to the owners
Stop being slum lords and hire a management company. Your son Daniel is incompetent. Get a REAL qualified super!!!!
