Amazing luxury building

Pros:
I lived in this building for 3 months and they had amazing security and the super was also always available and super friendly
Cons:
Bike room is not easily accessible
Advice to owner:
Keep it up!

Pros:
Location, walls are solid - you hear nothing from neighbors, no bugs
Cons:
honestly nothing I can think of!

Nice building, great super, great maintenance especially for a pre-war. I love the rooftop deck.
Cons:
Basement could be a bit nicer, but that's really the only complaint.
Advice to owner:
More roof deck chairs.
