Spend your money anywhere else
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, (overpriced) gym in the building, doorman.
Cons:
Absolutely awful, price-gouging experience with nasty neighbors. We spent four years paying outrageous prices for staff that is unfriendly, unhelpful, and dismissive, only for the landlord to jack our rent up 40% and then have the gall to try and bill us for repairs required by landlords in New York State. Truly shameful. I'd rather work with a housing attorney then ever speak to these people again. Several staff members were also exceedingly uncomfortable dealing with gender non-conforming people. Do not rent. Consider yourself warned!
Advice to owner:
Take a look in the mirror and stop using price-fixing software to push exploitative fees and rent increases.

Overall Good Experience with just a few wrinkles
Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively new building, washer/dryer in unit. Courtyard is lovely. Management very responsive to noise complaints. Maintenance team is super helpful!
Cons:
Really thin and non-noise absorbing walls and floors for such a new building. Too easy to hear what’s going on in the units next to me and often sounds like a stampede in my upstairs neighbor’s apartment.

Annoying person who parks his rundown van on the street and does sawing, hammering and other odd jobs out of it at all hours of the day disrupting the entire neighborhood. Numerous complaints to building management and police and he still continues to be a hazard. Building employees save parking spot for this person so he always manages to find a place to work. If you wfh, you will be constantly disturbed by him. And yes, I fully realize management cannot control who parks outside but they can address the issue of their workers enabling this nuisance.
Advice to owner:
Ask your building employees to stop enabling this public nuisance handyman
