Terrible building to live in

Pros:
Located next to an elementary school so the park with trees is a nice view from the windows.
Cons:
Consistent heat/AC issues, huge Mice problem, building leaks consistently in the hallways and within the units. Roof has leaking problems that they have been trying to repair for months and the issues persist. Exposed brick is not taken care of so it crumbs everywhere.

Pros:
I like the area
Cons:
Rats, leaking windows and rooftop, lack of heat, broken amenities (dishwasher and laundry), security deposit was stolen, building has a large crack in the side wall in danger of collapse

- large, spacious
- convenient location
- nice appliances
- laundry in unit
- good value for price
Cons:
- mouse problem (was resolved while we were there, but still a problem)
- entryway was crowded
- mold in bathrooms
- can hear J train passing by every 15 mins
