Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews for properties managed by Brighton Management reveal significant concerns regarding building maintenance and management responsiveness. While some appreciate the spacious layouts and favorable locations, many complaints focus on issues such as poor cleanliness, garbage management, and pest control. Reports of unresponsive management, heating failures, and a lack of timely repairs are prevalent, leading to frustration among residents. Despite some positive remarks on the quality of living spaces, the overall sentiment indicates a need for improved tenant communication and management accountability. Prospective renters should weigh these factors carefully before considering a lease.

HK Walk up, great location

Pros

- Location, close to water, central park and subways - If you face the back of the building, your apartment faces a beautiful garden. It feels like you don't live in the city - Nice rooftop - Nice appliances - Nice decor - Fair evaluation to return security deposit

Cons

- Thin walls - (2023-2025) Laundry room was promised but never built - Terrible insulation - Guaranteed max rent increases every time you're up for renewal

Advice to the owners

Build that laundry room, clean the backyard, turn rooftop into a common area
