Worst management ever

Cons
Management is unresponsive and difficult to work with. There is no assigned super so you must contact management for any help, which doesn’t come. Trash piles up in front of the building daily and the building has been cited hundreds of times by sanitation. This has created a problem with rodents. The heating is unpredictable. We went most of the winter in 2024 without heat and several months without hot water. There were four gut renovations that were performed without pulling permits, without protections for residents against the noise and dust, and workers were in the building at night and through the weekends.
Understaffed and poorly managed

Heating issues have significantly improved as of late (new super, but they often get burned out). Good natural light in unit
Cons
The heating isn't always great and the neighbors (outside of the building) often litter on the terrace. Also it's taken months to get many issues addressed, and many are still left unaddressed (oven not working and did not hear response for over a month), gutter fell on roof, roof leaks not addressed for over 2 weeks. Trash is not taken care of.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive. Everyone in the building is unhappy and leaves within a year (aside from maybe 1 tenant). It's not good for business
