Not the best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap and good location
Cons:
Poor management, dirty, poorly maintained, unresponsive
Over 2 years ago
Decent building in a somewhat quiet neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is on the smaller side, 16 apartments so you get to know the neighbors. Garbage gets taken out regularly. Super is responsive.
Cons:
Super does not work weekends; sometimes there’s noisy people in the area or trash.
Advice to owner:
Get a regular cleanup schedule for the front of the building!
