Convenient to the train and park, nice neighbors, new elevator

Horrible pest issues, rampant plumbing problems, frequent stolen packages.

Very close to the train/park and apartments are large

Cons

Building interior is not well maintained, packages always getting stolen, very loud outside. Can hear the rats running in the walls and roaches are everywhere.
