Look Elsewhere if you can afford it

Pros:
- price
- location
-that’s about it
Cons:
-this building has a pest issue (roaches / rats)
- our hot water is randomly out all the time
- management is friendly and mostly communicable
- very loud (you can hear everything in the streets)
