Fabulous management witih high quality amentiies
Increasing rent prices+ strictness about usages of common spaces
The doormen are among the best. Super friendly always helpful. The maintenance staff will come up within 15 minutes and will help with the smallest of problems.
AC units are not cold on hot days. My sink backed up and flooded my room a few times.
