Pros:
The doormen are among the best. Super friendly always helpful. The maintenance staff will come up within 15 minutes and will help with the smallest of problems.
Cons:
AC units are not cold on hot days. My sink backed up and flooded my room a few times.

I only have great things to say about this building. Wonderful amenities and doormen! The amenities are always clean and accessible as well as the gym is free the gym is newly renovated and there are two giving lots of workout options. Also, the laundry room is well maintained. Packages are speedy to process and we receive them soon. I’ve never had any issues either packages.
Cons:
Laundry is slightly costly at 2.90 a load. Other than that no issues during my time here.

Management was always response, doormen were always pleasant. Had minimal issues in the 2 years I lived here, and the small issues I did have were always addressed quickly.

Gym was underwhelming.

Exceptionally Well Run

Clean. Very well maintained. Lobby and floors in good style. Doormen are exceptionally responsible and pleasant. Nice mix of young students and professionals with some older. If something breaks inside apartment or public areas they fix it fast! Two small gyms actually very useful and well maintained.
Cons:
Very little negative. I would say they are aggressive about pursuing market rate rents, within the law. But if I were to move I would first look for a building run by TFC.

Thanks for the great work. And keep rent increases to a modest amount so you can keep reliable tenants like me!

I love living here . Great building , close to the hudson , great access to nearby restaurants , and subway & Penn Station. ..such an easy place to live for me 🥰
Get around by bike or scooter. As I get older the building is very accessible for me to stores & restaurants . Pretty quiet considering it’s on 7th ave and across from a Studio TV location .
Staff / doorman are just wonderful !!
Cons:
I wish there was room in the garage to park a bike or scooter instead of my apartment .
Advice to owner:
Look into gaining some access for bike storage in the garage under the building

Neighbors are generally nice. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind and patient. Also offer dry cleaning pickup downstairs as well.
Cons:
If you are on a lower floor there is a lot of noise on the 7th Avenue side.
Advice to owner:
Make the windows more noise proof
