The previous owner, groped some tenants and i think got arrested
Advice to owner:
Just continue to upkeep the space.

Pretty disgusting building

Pros:
You live close to a laundry mat which is nice
the Train station is a block away
the bus is on your block
And there’s a lot of stores near by
Cons:
The living space is alright could be bigger especially for the amount of rent you pay
the building is barley cleaned
The janitor is a pain in the ass
The front Door is always broken
Advice to owner:
Care a little for your tenants and be nicer

Great area, patchwork building management

Excellent location, great neighbors
Cons:
Have had a few incidences of cockroaches in the apartment, the walls and ceilings can feel thin at times (can hear the person who sleeps in the unit next to me), the units themselves are somewhat spacious but have visible corners cut in construction and maintenance (ie: very thin, slanted walls, cheap appliances that don’t fit the spaces), the shower water temperature fluctuates from the temperature you set it to to scalding hot
