Aside from rat/mouse issues, it's not too bad.

The super is great, he's able to solve most issues. He gives the place a sense of community bc he'll always say hi and you'll see him most days.
Cons:
They don't care about rats, and won't really help you do anything about them. Even when you actively have a rat trapped in your apartment and need help dealing with it.

Anything Kenny can’t fix won’t get fixed without an insane amount of bothering the building managers

Quiet Neighborhood
Dog friendly
Cons:
You will have a lot of maintenance issues, poor communication from landlord/super, faulty repairs done, harassment from landlord, and so much more.
Advice to owner:
Better at communication, do proper repairs and give advance notice before entering a unit.

Garbage is managed well
Super is wonderful
Cons:
The unit was unfinished when we moved in and put together very shabbily. To this day there are things that are not fixed, like things missing knobs and the stove’s pilot light not working. Mice, and roach infestations have been ongoing and not well managed.
Advice to owner:
Make sure you get actual contractors next time

*Maintenanxe request are not handled in a timely manner
* Super doesn’t keep the building clean
*Random people living in vacant units
*People hang out in front of the building
*Mice
*Roaches
*It looks renovated when you view, but everything is cheap and falls apart
*There has been a hole in the wall of the hallway for about 5 months
Advice to owner:
Pay attention to your workers and be more responsive. Keep the building clean! Eradicate pest problem.
