Decent for the money
Former Tenant
Pros:
Came with a TV, nice kitchen counters, convenient location, reliable elevator
Cons:
Maintenance was extremely unresponsive, washer/dryer combo is inconvenient and breaks very easily (had to be replaced/looked at multiple times and yet still doesn't work), no secure mailroom
Advice to owner:
Have a more efficient maintenance team

Slumlord alert here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near a convenient location
Cons:
Everything about this place is trash. The biggest issue is the mold. The whole building is full of mold and they don’t care.
Advice to owner:
My advice would be to get another career because he clearly sucks at this one.

Loved it overall!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean modern look in a great area
Cons:
It would get really hot in summer, but that’s most NYC buildings with no central AC.
