Pros

The only good thing about the building was the super (shoutout).

Cons

Everything else sucked. Flooding, toilet and sink leaks, no noise proofing with the neighbors who were incredibly rude to the point of ignoring the NYPD, roaches, mice coming out of the sliding doors so you couldn't patch up the holes where they were coming from, landlords who were totally completely unresponsive and disrespectful

Advice to the owners

treat your tenants like humans and actually respond when their new AC on the ground for installation breaks from flooding from the roof when they are on the second floor
