Big apartments relative to the area.

Unsafe - many people in kips bay try to come in, and packages get stolen often.

Good building, location is busy so there’s noise

Pros

Super is very responsive and manages trash/ laundry room well.

Cons

Windows are thin and if you’re in a front facing unit, will likely pick up a lot of noise.
