Pros
Neighbors are nice, most have lived here a while. Elevator in building. There is a tenants association which has helped the building get regular cleaning each week
Cons
The trash in the trash section outside builds up a lot. This leads to a lot of rats in the trash. There are cockroaches in the building even though a service comes to spray each month, they leave so quickly if you don’t answer the door right away.
Advice to the owners
Fix the trash issue and rats

It's quiet. Probably because of how many vacant apartments there are. Except the hours we need to be sleeping. Then it's loud.
Cons
Management is horrendous. They don't respond to service requests. The building is Dirty with roaches and RATS everywhere. One time the building owner did come by to check on a persistent issue we were having and he kept talking to our Super like he was a piece of trash. I speak casually with our Super because he really does try to do what he can when he can. But the issue in my apartment is something that needed a REAL fix, not just the band-aids they slap on it. My Super informed the building owner that a real fix would require certain parts that cost more money and you could just see the hate in that man's eyes that the Super would dare to get a real fix approved? The building owner wanted these apartments turning over quickly. They don't want people long term and it shows everywhere. That's why they go through these hyper-chill Real Estate Agents who make you think you're moving into the big leagues with this rental.
Advice to the owners
Listen to your tenants. Especially in these trying times
