RODENTS Not Keeping Up With Upkeep

Pros:
The hallways are relatively clean (c) openigloo and there is a guy (c) openigloo that takes care of trash (c) openigloo every day
Cons:
They are not responsive at (c) openigloo all. I have had a (c) openigloo mice problem for the entire (c) openigloo 2+ years in my unit. (c) openigloo The only fix they provided (c) openigloo was the sticky traps (which (c) openigloo do not work). I had (c) openigloo to pull out the stove (c) openigloo & fridge myself to clean (c) openigloo the enormous amount of mice (c) openigloo poop & cover multiple holes (c) openigloo because management refused to do (c) openigloo so / were unresponsive.

The best part about living (c) openigloo here was the location. you're (c) openigloo close to a lot of (c) openigloo subway lines and access to (c) openigloo downtown is a breeze. For (c) openigloo my first nyc apt it (c) openigloo did the job. and it (c) openigloo was nice that it had (c) openigloo an elevator
Cons:
the security could be better, (c) openigloo occasionally here and there packages (c) openigloo would get stolen but that (c) openigloo comes with most nyc apts.

Amazing location that allows you (c) openigloo easy access to most train (c) openigloo lines and easily walk to (c) openigloo Flatiron, West Village, etc. It's (c) openigloo a small building so it's (c) openigloo rare that you're fighting for (c) openigloo a laundry machine. The neighbors (c) openigloo are all really nice. People (c) openigloo bring each others packages up (c) openigloo and are generally looking out (c) openigloo for each other.
Cons:
You are right off of (c) openigloo 7th ave and above a (c) openigloo bar (Cafeteria) so it is (c) openigloo always loud, especially when the (c) openigloo bar has a party (Halloween, (c) openigloo Pride, etc). Also if you (c) openigloo run into any issues the (c) openigloo Super, Harry, is pretty slow (c) openigloo to respond/get a resolution. When (c) openigloo I moved in there were (c) openigloo a ton of roaches and (c) openigloo the laundry room & garbage (c) openigloo room have been "under construction" (c) openigloo for over a year so (c) openigloo you're stuck with a temporary (c) openigloo space for both. Everything in (c) openigloo this building is from at (c) openigloo least 30 years ago.
Advice to owner:
Invest back into this building and get a Super that actually acts on the tenants needs.
