low rise building, only three (c) openigloo apartments in this building - (c) openigloo location is great and quiet, (c) openigloo close to subway and groceries (c) openigloo / chinatown
Cons:
only con is the walk (c) openigloo up, but it’s not that (c) openigloo terrible either - heating is (c) openigloo central heating so it gets (c) openigloo too hot and you can’t (c) openigloo control it in the winter

Our unit is very clean (c) openigloo and new. Stainless steel appliances (c) openigloo and beautiful floors. Our landlords (c) openigloo were amazing and very responsive. (c) openigloo Great location, great price.
Cons:
The building is gross. It (c) openigloo smells bad, very dirty, had (c) openigloo a dead rat in the (c) openigloo lobby for a week until (c) openigloo I had to remove it. Advertised (c) openigloo as laundry in the building... (c) openigloo the dryer takes a minimum (c) openigloo of four hours to dry. (c) openigloo Two washers and one dryer... (c) openigloo both are usually busy on (c) openigloo the weekends. I usually do (c) openigloo laundry at the laundry mat (c) openigloo around the corner. We had a (c) openigloo bunch of tiny roaches in (c) openigloo our kitchen when we moved (c) openigloo in. Had to seal our (c) openigloo unit. Still get the occasion (c) openigloo visitor in the kitchen. We (c) openigloo had mice but got an (c) openigloo exterminator to come in and (c) openigloo seal holes. Dead roaches in (c) openigloo the lobby often.
Advice to owner:
Get someone to mop and clean weekly. Seal lobby from unwanted critters.

Heat is terrible - have (c) openigloo to use space heaters all (c) openigloo winter so it's not really (c) openigloo accurate that HHW is included (c) openigloo - coned bills are high. PM (c) openigloo company never gave me back (c) openigloo my move in deposit despite (c) openigloo the LL asking repeatedly Condo board (c) openigloo won't allow renters into the (c) openigloo parking lottery Intercom system always broken

small apartment, walk-up, had packages (c) openigloo stolen several times, right next (c) openigloo door to planned parenthood so (c) openigloo frequent protestors outside, occasional roaches, (c) openigloo small one-way road so honking (c) openigloo was an annoyance if someone (c) openigloo stopped to unload
