Could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like that my building is by the quiet side of the street and not the busy one. I also like the 6th floor because is away from noise.
Cons:
The bad thing about living in the 6th floor is that the elevator always have an issue, and the amount of time that it takes to get fixed is ridiculous. I think the whole month of July the elevator wasn’t working. Another thing is that the rent goes up every year which is hard to keep up. Also there are a lot of roaches in my building. I had to get a cat to help a little with the problem.
Advice to owner:
Try to fix the amenities as soon as possible as you do have a lot of elderly people living on the top floor of the building. (I had to carry a woman’s grocery because she was old and fragile so I decided to help).
