Great building and location

Pros:
Great location. Tons of great restaurants nearby, close to the train as well. Great staff. Doormen are wonderful. Nice neighbors as well.
Cons:
Ceilings are pretty low, but that's about it

Excellent building, staff, and location

Pros:
Great location, one block away from the park and near major commerce. The building staff is top notch, and will go out of their way to aid the residents. Finally, the building is very tastefully decorated, with wood paneling in the lobby/elevators and marble entrance floors.
Cons:
Building garden is largely unusable - loud AC vents make it too noisy to use in the summer, too cold in the winter.

The building’s location on the corner of Columbus Avenue also attracts some noise, mainly ambulances and truck driving down the street.

Pros:
Beautiful courtyard, good location, nice doormen and staff
Cons:
Very loud (from street traffic, not neighbors); minor pest issues (cockroaches regularly seen in basement laundry, we've had mice about once a year)
Advice to owner:
Give renters gym access, put AC in laundry, clean windows
