Nice building but useless management

Pros:
Super is great, kind and keeps the building very clean.
Cons:
SO many loud people, people smoking in apts, people siphoning mysterious liquids out their windows???? Management pretends to care at first but then will stop replying to you.
Advice to owner:
When a tenant alerts you about neighbors causing damage to their unit (and the tenants unit) perhaps you should reply

Very pleasant living experience

Pros:
Good amount of space, a nice view from the windows, floors aren’t the kind where you can hear every footstep of the person above you. First apartment I’ve lived in where I haven’t had to worry about a seemingly endless list of issues.
Cons:
No laundry, no roof access. I go to the roof floor and look out the window at the roof…so close yet so far…if there was one thing I could change it’d definitely be allowing roof access, but I’m not sure its possible with some of the equipment they have up there.
Advice to owner:
If allowed on the roof I will assume all liability and then some for radiation poisoning, accidental injuries, and anything else that could conceivably occur as I hang out politely on the roof. :)

Very clean, very responsive

Pros:
Great super, responsive landlord, clean
Cons:
There are waterbugs that get in through the pipes. I would say in the winter you can sometimes see one but in summer months they increase to at least 2x/month.
Advice to owner:
Nothing to add here.
