Really well run building

Pros

Doormen, porters and package room attendants are all very attentive and on top of things. Maintenance issues are always resolved quickly. The building has a gym for no additional cost per month.

Cons

Location isn't great. It's on the street with a ton of hotels and a bar so the outside noise levels can be very loud especially on the weekends. Multiple times I have been woken up in the middle of the night by people screaming outside.
