Move here now
Former Tenant
Pros:
The people who work here are all great. The place is kept in great shape. The views are stunning, and you can have north, east, and west views all in the same apt.
Cons:
Since there are no obstructions between the building and the East River, you can hear the cars on the FDR that have special mufflers and motorcycles.
Advice to owner:
Keep rents affordable.

High rent, but great service
Former Tenant
Pros:
If you can afford it, Glenwood properties tend to be the very best, and 10 liberty is no different. There are times where we had a request of landlord to fix something and a service person would be up within the hour to fix it. 10 liberty employs numerous different service workers so they’re always ready. Eating works great and AC works about as well as the units they provide, which is alright.
Cons:
The rent is a bit high
Advice to owner:
Please don’t increase the rent much once stabilization ends

So sad to be leaving
Former Tenant
Pros:
This is truly the best building experience I've had in New York City. The staff is phenomenal all the way around (super kind and attentive, usually a handyman is up within 1 hour of me placing any request) and the gym is realllly nice (I'm into fitness and was able to get by not paying for my own gym).

Also, despite the location being in the middle of all the action, once you enter the building it feels so serene and I have never had problems with noise.
Cons:
Only Con for me is the location - it's an easy commute to work, but the area itself is not great (though 9th ave has really gotten a lot nicer since I've been here). After being here for 4 years, it's time to move closer to where my friends and my social life is.

4th Year Tenant
Former Tenant
Pros:
Have lived here for approx. 4 years. Great doormen/porters/staff, generally a nice building. Gym is solid, roof (when operational) is great.
Cons:
Lots of noisy facade work/garage work, have had some issues with mice, the last 2 summers the roof has been under construction/not usable.
