Pros

Nice and safe area.

Cons

Rent is insane for what you get. Heat is expensive and needs to be on 24/7 in the winter due to poor insulation. Quality of apartments overall is just ok.

The amenities and location of this building are like no other.

Cons

The construction happening right outside for the next 5-7 years will certainly destroy the neighborhood for a while.

Don’t up charge current tenants so much given construction.
