Loved it, but too expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great apartment, felt very safe and great location with no pest issues the whole time
Cons:
Super requires a lot of pestering to help fix things, they raised rent by $250 after the first year, and then listed it for my original rent online

Not horrible but could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive super - does not live in the building (although the OG listing said he did), responsive landorld/building owner, damaged things in apartment or building will be fixed quickly.
Cons:
Garbage disposal is not frequent - do not live in any of the apartments on the floor of the trash bins, you will have trash piling up oustide of your apartment and the smell is horrible. Super is not very helpful if it isn't an emergency.
Advice to owner:
Find a better option for garbage disposal and be stricter about tenants placing their garbage inside of the bins.
