Do Better CC Managers
Former Tenant
Pros:
Some of the neighbors are hardworking and respectful people
Cons:
Management is non existent when it comes to the upkeep of the building. The building is never cleaned or serviced properly. Turnover is so often, you never know who to contact regarding service issues or general information. Lack of professionalism, work ethic and communication.
Advice to owner:
Get a management team who cares about the wellbeing of their tenants and the environment they reside in.

Great apt inside
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to transit, 2/5 station is at the corner. Most of the neighbors were great. Plenty of laundry machines.
Cons:
Can be noisy. Usually large groups of people hanging out, and sometimes drinking in front of or near the building at all hours. Slow to make repairs, some never made after several years.
