Lobby needs updating but overall good

Pros:
Great super (John Mifsud) always available, nice neighbors, pet friendly, spacious living room in my unit compared
Cons:
Lobby needs to be updated/renovated (I am embarrassed to have company over to walk through the lobby), walls are VERY thin so you hear your neighbors every move, hallways need to be cleaned more regularly, roaches spotted
Advice to owner:
Please update your lobby and install security cameras for package thieves, also the cardboard gets in the way of the dryers in the laundry room

* Prolonged construction between 2021-2022
* My ceiling leaked in 2022

Pros:
Apartments are spacious and relatively clean.
Cons:
Never once met the super, had various problems over 3 years and no answer from the super. Management has held my security deposit for months on end with no intention of returning it when I left no damages
Advice to owner:
Get a better super.

Pros:
Location and double lock to get in main door.. elevator
Cons:
Only 2 washer dryers for the whole building, and where you put cardboard gets in the way of getting into the washer dryer space
Advice to owner:
Get more washers and dryers .. stackable ones would be very attainable and put the cardboard spot in a different spot man
