Great block, nice neighbors

never had to deal with pests or anything like that.

walls are thin.
washer and dryer in building are convenient but nowhere near new, takes forever to dry anything.
had some issues with leakage one week where it rained a lot, but more of an isolated incident than i had anticipated based on what I had heard from previous tenants

Horrible, law-breaking management

Pros:
Relatively cheap rent, modern appliances, close to M train
Cons:
Artex management was HORRIBLE and failed to repair our broken HVAC system for 6+ months, in violation of housing law.
Advice to owner:
New management

Lived here in 2019 it did the job

Pros:
Nice light in apartment. New and updated. Safe and quiet.
Cons:
Backyard (when i lived there) could have been nice But there was no furniture or anything. We had some bugs on the 1st floor in the kitchen but nothing crazy and seemed seasonal.
