Horrible pest management. Years ago when there were several bed bug cases they hired the worst possible pest control company. Heat went out in the winter for weeks at a time. You can hear rats running through the walls. Super is incredibly unresponsive. Garbage area is often overflowing. Packages always stolen. Hallways are not kept clean.

My apartment was spacious - heat was ample and the water pressure was good

Cons

Management did not reply to complaints - we had several litigations. The elevator broke down frequently and would not be repaired for weeks. There were tenants that created huge issues and the owners did nothing about it
